Personal Data from prospects can be retained for up to 7 years on the system,
unless the prospect ask for a complete removal of their information and/or
unsubscribe from any communication list.

Customers
will always have easy access to request updates and or removal of their
personal information, either from the footer of the communication or sending

In addition to its core services offering, INMYTEAM (“The Platform”)
offers embedded
payment processing
services, which include credit card, debit card, ACH, and other payment
processing services, as may be offered from time to time
(collectively the “Processing Services”).

If you click a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s
