InMyTeam has always been a great Management tool for Home Care Agencies with 88  Net Promoter Score. With the November 2022 version it’s even better! With a host of new features and improvements, InMyTeam is back and better than ever!

We have listened to your feedback and made some great improvements.

The InMyTeam team has been hard at work, and we are excited to announce that the new version of InMyTeam is now available! We have listened to your feedback and made some great improvements. We believe that these changes will make InMyTeam even more valuable for our users.

Some of the most notable improvements include:

Upload your Remittance files with just three clicks for automated posting. This will allow you to automatically update all your billing information and generate accurate and up to date Billing Reports.

The Staff Calendar, now shows a summary of the total worked hours each week. Making easier for the Coordinator to provide this information when the caregivers ask.

This information used to be collected in the “Additional Information” Section, and now it’s allocated to the Patient Information Section.

Now, when setting a Commercial Insurance Contract, the user can select the co-payment option, specifying the actual amount or percentage to be billed to the Insurance.

With the option to filter by 

-Change Staff to multiple visits at once.

-Delete multiple visits at once.

-Verify Caregiver timesheet on multiple visits at once.

 Now tracking license number, license expiration, and Specialty.

Now divides Staff LastName and FirstName and able to sort based on those columns.

Now Caregivers can call a Phone number to get the Access Code in case they haven’t received it from a text message when trying to login to the App.

and moving it to the staff profile when accepted.

Now able to see details of the visits on the payroll

-Now the app redirects to home after a successful clock-out.

-Now Agency can decide if they want to allow caregivers to clock in or clock out when out of range. (This must be set up in the settings)
