Stay tuned for a detailed look at what’s new and improved in INMYTEAM, and discover how our latest updates can help your agency thrive in 2024.
The caregiver Badge now shows caregiver’s photo, Agency name, address and phone. Caregiver’s date of birth and status.
In the next release, the Badge will also show the discipline (example RN, LPN, HHA…)
Caregiver will have as many badges as Agencies they work for with INMYTEAM. For example: If Caregiver Dania Naranjo works for INMYTEAM Home Health Care Agency, she will need to select the Agency first, and then find the badge.
If caregiver want’s to update the picture in their agency profile and badge, it’s possible to do it form the app.
Kist go to the menu, select “My Profile” and click on the photo. Caregiver will have the option to take a selfie or just upload a picture from their phone.
Now in the Caregiver profile, administrator can add County and not just City or State.
Additionally, the employment type section now include a “part-time” category.
Administrator now can also add the expiration date in the immunization record section. This way, agency can keep track of vaccines that need to be retaken.
Agencies can separate their primary email address from the HR Address where all expired or expiring notifications are sent.
This way, when the staff respond to any notification email sent regarding HR, the email will be directed to the HR department and not t the Agency general email address.
This way, the HR administrator can read important information regarding the document without having to open the actual doc.
Added a search box to search for a file type, added the number of workers that have that same type of document in their profile.
By clicking in the number, administrator can see the list of staff with that document and the expiration dates.
This will improve the way our clients pay their monthly service fees to INMYTEAM. Currently we only accept credit cards as payment method. With the implementation of ACH, our clients can now place their bank information and INMYTEAM can make automatic deductions.
BI is a technology-driven process for analyzing data and delivering actionable information that helps executives, managers and workers make informed business decisions.
Now showing the caregiver’s phone number on the top, Caregiver calendar notes are now possible, and more options to filter the calendar.
When the user is going to delete visits in bulk, we are going to add a checkbox, (that is checked by default). The checkbox reads “Create Deleted calendar note”, if the user decides to uncheck this box, we are going to delete the visits, but we are not going to create the automatic calendar note that is automatically generated every time the user deletes a visit.
This option will minimize the number of “visits deleted” notes when for example, there was an error in the schedule and now all the visits need to be deleted for a period o0f time given. In that case there is no need for the deleted note.
Now, when viewing a patient calendar, the coordinator can select different care periods, and the calendars will move accordingly.
This is a functionality our user are very used to in the master schedules, saving time when a new scheduled needs to be created but it only varies from the original in a few aspects. Instead of creating a brand new scheduled from scratch, users can save time with the clone functionality and then only edit and apply the changes on the cloned scheduled.
Now this same benefit applies for the Aide Care Plans.
Minor changes:
-We changed the “Add Task” button in section Plan Of Care of the patient profile. This button will be now “Add Aide/Nurse Care Plan” . This change is to make it more intuitive for new users.
-Another minor change is on the caregiver note, pdf print version. This print version has been improved and it allows to show large notes.
Major Changes:
– Changed the label “Precautionary Information” to “Functional Limitations” and we added more categories: Contracture, Paralysis, Ambulation, Legally Blind, Bowel/Bladder incontinence, Hearing, Endurance, Speech, Dyspnea with minimal exertion. all presented in alphabetical order.
-We added an “extended” checkmark. When marked, it will open up additional information to the Aide Care Plan such as: Permitted Activities, Prognosis, Mental Status, Nutritional Requirements, Goals and Discharge Plan.
In addition, the new optional Goals and Discharge Plan has a template included to help you save time.
1- We added a link to open the note just like the one in caregiver notes report.
2- We added a bulk action to allow VERIFY notes in batch.
3- Failed QA status now shows why, just as the warning does.
4- New scenarios have been included as warning:
- Visits including two or more services whose notes have a service as “as per verbal instructions” (POC does not include tasks for this service).
- Notes without required vitals.
- Notes including vitals values that are not considered normal.
5-In addition, we added filters on this page for Offices, and Groups.
We added a new field to plan of care: “Vitals Frequency”, for users to determine if the vitals need to be taken once a day or not, the options are “Each Visit” or “Once per day”.
This will be a checkbox when adding/editing or generating Plan Of Care Forms.
If the Physician signature is not required, the administrator can activate the checkbox when generating the plan of care forms.
When from the agency admin, a form is marked as completed, all in-progress other versions will be automatically deleted.
We added a print button that generates a PDF under the Medication profile Section.
Stay tuned for upcoming webinars explaining in detail all the new features.
Our goal is to provide the best possible experience for our users, and we think you’ll love the new InMyTeam. Thanks for your continued support!
