Founded in 2019 in South Florida by two Entrepreneurs and friends that have been working together for more than 15 years, INMYTEAM was created because of a home healthcare agency’s struggle to coordinate patients.

Our first tool to coordinate patient care was popular and agencies started using it  on  daily basis.
We now count with a Team of Home Care Specialists,  Entrepreneurs,  Software Gurus with 10+ years of experience, in their areas of expertise. INMYTEAM started as a coordination tool and now focuses on all the critical areas surrounding the home care agency industry, offering a complete and affordable solution that fits all agency types.

Christina Crumbley, RN, MSN, HCS-D, HCS-O is the Chief Executive Officer of her company, Tidal Healthcare Consulting, LLC. Christina has 30 years of broad-based experience in home health operations, quality assurance/performance improvement, clinical management, finance and business development, with 26 of those years holding leadership positions such as Vice President of Home Health and Chief Operating Officer for multi-agency companies. Tidal Healthcare Consulting, LLC provides services related to start-up agencies, licensure, accreditation, home health operational and clinical management, ICD10 coding and OASIS review, as well as a large focus on education. She is also a contract surveyor with the Accreditation for Commission for Health Care (ACHC) and travels nationally to perform surveys for home health and private duty agencies.
