The March InMyTeam Home Care software version comes with new reports, more flexibility with settings and new ways to save time and improve workflows. In this article, we will list and explain in detail each upgrade.
This report will show all patients not receiving services now or in a date range.
This will show all your caregivers without any patient currently assigned.
With this report you will have the ability to print the info of all patients in a disaster plan level.
Patient-Service report now has a new column for Status.
Staff Details now shows all information about staff, including:
- Files
- Skills & Services
- History
- Other Information
- I9 Requirements
- Criminal Background
- Immunization Records
Before, you could only see this information if you entered the staff profile in the “Edit” mode.
Now in “Details” there is a new button “print” giving you the option to download the staff profile to your computer and print it.
If you want your staff to record vitals on the daily notes, the system allows us to select which vitals will be required.
Just go to Settings/ Agency Information/ Vitals, checkmark what vitals your agency is required to take, and save.
You can also setup Thresholds for each vital, to make sure the system gives your staff and admin a warning when the vitals are out of place for a patient.
Because we can now define Payroll rates by service billing code, we can also run payroll, taking those rates into account.
You just need to go to the Settings/Contracts.
1.Find the specific Insurance you want to setup.
2. Find the Service code you want to setup.
3. Click the “rate” link
4.If you have already setup this code for billing purposes, just click “edit” and set up the payroll rate (per/hour).
5. If you haven’t setup the service code for billing purposes, you will will click “add”, then setup billing and payroll rates for this code.
6. Hit “Save”
Now, the system will bring this rate by default when scheduling shifts for patients under this insurance.
(You can always override the rate in the contract on specific shifts if needed.)
This integration will enable seamless electronic claim submission for Medicaid in Maine and North Carolina.
This integrations will also set the precedent for integration in other states where Sandata works as Medicaid Aggregator.
Several improvements in the apps (IOS, Android).
Several improvements in the process of posting while uploading an 835 ERA file.
Improvements to the Aide Timesheet Note.
