The InMyTeam February 2023 Release Is Here!

InMyTeam is a Home Care software that can be used by Licensed Home Care agencies and Nurse Registries. It’s simple and easy to use, but powerful and flexible enough to meet any agency size and multiple lines of service. Twelve upgrades were added in this February 2023 new version including automations, better reports and more. In this article, we will list and explain in detail each upgrade.

Before this version, nurse could only access the Portal using their phone number and receiving the passcode by message. Now, nurses can choose if they want to use their phone number or their email address. This alterative allows them to work from their laptops and tablets without needing their phone on hand,

Now the nurse can access Patient Profile and Monthly Calendar. This will allow them not only submit the assessment and progress forms, but also:

  1. Create and Modify Aide Care Plans.
  2. Create and modify Plans of Care.
  3. Create Patient Notes and Conferences.

Now you can save time when creating the POC in the Patient’s Profile as it will auto-populate the Medications and Allergies when those have previously entered in the Patient’s Chart.

Now coordinator can’t learn with just two clicks which patient’s don’t have the Aide Care Plan. The Aide Care Plan is required to be linked to the schedule to enable the submission of the Caregiver Note from the App on each visit.

If a coordinator forgets to link the Aide Care Plan to the schedule, the caregiver won’t be able to complete the daily note digitally from the app. 

Now, the coordinator just need to open the Patients missing the Aide Care Plan and will learn which patients don’t have the Aide Care Plan yet. Making it easy to avoid and correct human errors.

Now the printed/pdf version of the digital note  shows more information to meet compliance requirements.

The Old “Compliance Report” was causing confusion among users with the “Staff Compliance and Docs” reports. We changed the names to make sure users now don’t get confused:

“Staff Compliance and Docs”– This report remains the same,  and is used to find out who, fr0m the staff is missing or has expired documents.

The new named “EVV Report” is used to see the EVV compliance percentage of each caregiver on a given period of time.

The new report called “Staff – Services” tracks the services offered by caregiver. The coordinator can filter per service ( Personal Care, Companion…) and get a list of caregivers/nurses offering that are scheduled with the service. This report, like all InMyTeam reports  can be exported as a pdf or excel file.

Coordinators can now use this filter in the General Schedule to only see shifts of HHAs who belong to a specific group.

Groups must be previously created in settings and caregivers must be added to a group in their staff profiles.

If the authorization period overlaps with an existing authorization for the same service code, the system will give the user a warning before saving.

This new filter will make the it easier to track visits base don the billing dates and periods.

Agency can upload a member picture to the Staff profile.

Several Improvements to Payroll:

  • Ability to export and print payroll including paystub and detailed information per caregiver.
  • Two options to export Paystubs: consolidated and detailed.
  • Option to email a detailed paystub to Caregivers.
  • Allow Admin users to create overlapping payrolls.

Before, once an invoice was created, there was no way to make changes or undo the invoice at the user level. (users needed to send a ticket for support to assist). In this new version, administrators can add or remove visits from an invoice  after created. It works similar to payroll.
